Pentagon Appraisal Services, LLC is Northeast Ohio's premier real estate appraisal company. We provide a variety of residential real estate appraisal services. We are locally owned and operated and primarily serve Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga counties.
Hi! I'm Wendy Veneri, founder and owner of Pentagon Appraisal. I'm a certified residential real estate appraiser with experience both performing appraisals and reviewing other appraisers' reports.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in addition to my extensive appraisal training. I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and am very familiar with the local market.
